Nexusfreelance Pvt. Ltd. has organized an Employee Orientation Event for all Employees of Bhopal Development Centre. The location was Kerwa dam on the outskirts of Bhopal and Greater Lake of Bhopal providing a friendly and fun filled environment out of the clutters of competitive corporate environment. All Nexusfreelance people enjoyed natural beauty at Kerwa Dam. Everyone was overjoyed and treated this opportunity to the maximum extent.
Founder and Managing Director of Nexusfreelance, Mr. Damodar Sing said, "It is our unique approach to encourage team building spirit among employees. It helps people from various departments to interact with each other and creates sense of co-operation." He also said that such events help us in identifying hidden talents inside people, which is generally out of sight due to their career burdens.
